Cookie Dough Kids is a small British business that specialises in lovely handmade personalised baby and kids clothes. We have been very kindly gifted a beautiful personalised Liberty London t-shirt featuring an “I” for Isla. Please note that all opinions expressed in my review are completely my own.
I made my order via the Cookie Dough Kids website and it came very quickly, within a couple of days. The white, 100% cotton t-shirt is unbelievably soft, reminiscent of Isla’s organic cotton newborn onesies. The initial is perfectly applied and the Liberty London fabric is just beautiful. It looks even more gorgeous in person than on the website!
I ordered the size age 2-3 for Isla who is 23 months, as I would like her to be able to wear it for quite a while but I was worried it would be much too big on her. Although it’s quite long at the moment, it looks perfect tucked into her trousers or skirt, or worn loose over fitted leggings. If in doubt, it’s probably best to order a size up. I think the t-shirts run true to size, but can be styled so they still look lovely when they’re on the larger side. The t-shirts can be machine washed at 40 degrees C, which is a lifesaver with little ones.
Isla has worn it a couple of times now and we’ve had lots of compliments – even her four year old brother said, “Mummy, that’s a nice top Isla’s wearing!”
These lovely personalised t-shirts are available for £14 on http://www.cookiedoughkids.com. I really recommend checking out the website, there are so many pretty things and lots of beautiful Father’s Day gifts at the moment. And I don’t know about you, but it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside knowing I’m supporting a small independent business!
How happy does Isla look in her pretty t-shirt?
